Your $5000 Seller Bonus Offer Details

Offer Period

This offer is valid for new exclusive right of sale listing agreements executed between July 28, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (“the offer period”).

  • Agreement: You must enter into an exclusive right of sale listing agreement with Kid Breukelen Realty Group during the offer period. 
  • Property Type: The subject property must be a residential single-family home, condominium, or townhouse located in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County. Vacant land, multi-family properties with more than four units, commercial properties, foreclosures, and short sales are expressly excluded from this offer.
  • Closing: The sale of the property must successfully close and fund on or before December 31, 2025.
  • Minimum Price: The property’s final closing price must be at or above $.

The seller must be in full compliance with all terms of the listing agreement and the executed purchase and sale contract to remain eligible. A seller default on either agreement will void this offer.

  • Calculation: The promotional credit will be an amount equal to 0.5% of the final sales price, not to exceed $5,000.
  • Disclosure: This credit is a rebate of a portion of the listing brokerage’s commission. For full transactional transparency and compliance, this rebate must be disclosed to all parties in the transaction, including the buyer’s lender, and will be documented on the final settlement statement (ALTA/Closing Disclosure). The credit is subject to lender approval.
  • No Cash Value: The credit has no cash value and may only be applied toward the seller’s legitimate and documented closing costs. Any unused portion of the credit is forfeited.
  • This offer is void for any transaction that includes a referral fee to be paid by Kid Breukelen Realty Group to another brokerage.
  • This offer is non-transferable and is only valid for the original seller(s) named in the listing agreement.
  • This offer may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives from Kid Breukelen Realty Group.
  • Kid Breukelen Realty Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time for future clients.
